What is the Distribution Structure?

We investigated many different systems to distribute the product nationally knowing that we were up against a few serious, unchangeable constraints. First, the product to grow and produce to strict ntritional standards is very expensive. Secondly, the traditional marketing channels, wholesale, retail- advertising to get the customers into the stores - would as well be very expensive. Thirdly, we wished to put the product into the hands of as many clients as whom required it- to do so we had to keep the price modest.

One of the three had to give. We couldn't do anything about the price- that's what it is, we couldn't do anything about the client base we wished to serve- we wish to make the product available to all, not just an elite few, so the normal channels of wholesale and retail distribution had to go, at our level. We could just not rationalize both the wholesalers and retailers enjoying huge margins while the product was priced out of the reach of the people who need it most.

We wanted a distribution system that ran smoothly, was relatively simple for new distributors to enter and that carried minimal overhead. We developed our own model of community based distribution that covered all of the distribution channels available in most area's. With the exception of not making sales in a territory licensed to a MED MARIJUANAT Licensed Dealer, our distributors enjoy distribution and marketing freedom in the area's that they choose to work. You may sell to individual consumer clients. You may sell wholesale to distributors that you have cultivated to work for you. You may sell wholesale to traditional retail stores in your area. While following a few simple rules you may promote for sales on-line. The market is open- free market economics at it's finest.

 

What is the difference between a Distributor and a Dealer?

Our proprietary distribution model is based on a team concept. We select our distribution team members as those who have the proper motives and required skills. They can choose either to work with a team already established by a dealer or form their own local distribution team. Everyone in the system is a distributor. Licensed Med MarijuanaT Dealers have chosen to become key members of the corporate team and they own exclusive distribution rights to their areas.

New distributors joining the team in an area serviced by a Licensed Dealer will make their purchases, take their direction and be serviced with product & promotional supplies by that dealer. APFC will license only 100 qualified personnel for the entire U.S. distribution team. They are the only people who will deal with corporate office once that system is fully implemented.

 

What is my investment?

We want the distribution system to be open to all properly motivated persons. If you truly desire to assist with the health of those around you and wish to be well rewarded for your commitment, we have a place for you on the team. Those new to the environment may wish to "test the waters" to determine if this opportunity is right for them. Please do! We have made room for you! Anyone may enter the distribution system with as little as a one case purchase to sell to those close to them. Do it. See the difference that you will make in peoples lives.

Those electing to enter on a more serious, business level may choose to do so and be more suitably compensated for their commitment in time and resources. Our system is structured in a fashion that allows you to grow with your market. When you feel confident to move up a notch in the team hierachy, move up.

 

What will I earn?

We want people who are motivated by both Health and Wealth. If you have that motivation you will earn an income scaled to your level of personal commitment. A number of distributors require only a part-time commitment to accomplish their goals. You will discover what they did- that five to ten hours per week promoting the product, servicing their existing retail clients and their own distributors, will produce very satisfactory financial rewards and unbelievable spiritual rewards from the smiles and "thank-you's" of those whom they have helped with their individual health challenges.

 

If I purchase from a Licensed Dealer will I pay more?

Our unique system is tailored in such a fashion that all distributors, no matter what their purchase level, will pay the same price for their product when being supplied directly by APFC or one of their Licensed Dealers.

 

How do I explain the Benefits of Med MarijuanaT products?

All distributors entering the system are provided with a manual produced by the company. You will have that reference material at your fingertips to enable you to fully answer the unique questions posed to you by the many people who will call asking for product and health related information. How do I promote the products?

All distributors are provided with custom printed marketing and promotional materials. You will have professional quality brochures, flyers and posters with your contact information printed directly on them. These will assist you in generating local interest and selling the products. If you wish to enter the retail selling environment we will provide you with a full POP package including signage, banners, shelf-talkers and whatever else may be determined to assist your success in that environment. We will provide much more detailed information on local advertising and promotional strategies if your interest is there.

Those choosing to be Licensed Dealers will be provided with seminars in their territories hosted and presented by personnel from Med Marijuana Inc. We will assist with advertising costs. You will find that this will kick-start distribution efforts your exclusive territory and that an extreme level of interest will be generated for those wishing to join your distribution team.
